i was wondering if there were any luthiers near marquette, michigan or even just a wood shop that i could possibly build in while im going to college? would be willing to sweep up shop or do odd jobs in exchange for shop access. going to northern michigan university and majoring in woodworking and minoring in music. any replies appreciated. thanks.

I live in Escanaba and may be able to get you in my shop, its my dads and its not a "luthier? shop but the tools are there and ive built there so its something, pm if your interested..... btw im leaving for roberto venn in feb. so it wouldnt be a long lived thing but it might be fun
